POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES

Stay is considered as One (1) month even if it falls below 30 days.

There is a requirement of two months secuirty deposit. REASON: The one month deposit will be applied to the rent, The 2nd month Deposit will be applied to payment of the bills. The EXCESS deposit will be REFUNDED upon check-out.

RENTALS not paid within 3 days from due sate shall incur an interest of 1% per day.

Renters who defaulted payment for more than 10 days from due date shall be ejected.

Electric/ water bills are paid by the occupant (each unit has own meter). This will be computed based on Davao Light & Power Charges.

Cable TV is Php 500 /month for digital box sky cable.

Internet Fee is Php 500/month/ unit.
* SKY CABLE and INTERNET CONNECTIONS ARE OPTIONAL. Just inform the mgmt if you do not want to have cable and internet connections.

Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation.

Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately.

Occupant must inform caretaker at least 5 days before check out.
